Sound Therapy
In this 45 minute inner journey, you will be lead into a deep state of relaxation with the sounds of traditional Tibetan singing bowls. The vibrations the bowls produce help the brain move into the alpha brainwave states, which are those achieved in deep states of meditation. Alpha brainwaves are beneficial for enhanced creativity, decreased stress, enhanced relaxation, better information absorption, and may boost cognitive function. Some people notice aches and pains decrease as well.

Meditation
Meditation has so many benefits such as decreasing stress, helping emotional regulation, getting more in touch with yourself, and helping with relaxation and creativity. In this class you will learn some simple breathing practices and meditation to help train your brain to reach deep states of rest. This small group class will end with the sounds of singing bowls as you relax.
